Hornbach expands in Austria: First store in Burgenland opens Hornbach has opened its first DIY and garden centre in Burgenland, located in Eisenstadt, covering around 16,000 sqm and offering more than 200,000 products. The store, which created 100 new jobs, is also the region’s first drive-in DIY market, where customers can pick goods directly from the shelves by car. The facility integrates sustainable features including photovoltaic systems, rainwater collection, and a green roof.

Amazon UK enforces stricter on-time delivery rates for FBM sellers Amazon UK has announced that, effective 16 September 2025, all FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) sellers must achieve a minimum 90% On-Time Delivery Rate (OTDR). Data will appear in sellers’ account health dashboards from 16 September. From 16 October, reminders will be sent to non-compliant sellers, while actual penalties, including possible product delisting, will take effect from 2 February 2026.
